Stefan Leitner is an emerging German painter who has exhibited his work nationally. Attracted to obscurity and seeking to reduce shapes and symbols to their simplest forms, he composes minimalist works with the use of acrylic and spray paints.

From surrealist doodles to stenciled portraits, Leitner’s diverse body of work retains a unity in the form of a consistent, bright color palette and a striking balance of light and shadow.
